Join us at Ghee Indian Kitchen in Wynwood for a dinner showcasing the culinary vision of Chef Niven Patel, a Food & Wine Best New Chef honoree whose Ghee Dadeland location has earned MICHELIN Bib Gourmand recognition.
Rooted in his Indian heritage and inspired by the harvest of his Homestead farm, Patel’s cuisine brings together vibrant flavors, aromatic spices and seasonal ingredients. This evening invites us to explore that world together, in the convivial spirit of La Chaîne.
